My family thinks culture is to do with where you come from and where your parents come from. We think it is also to do with your religions and beliefs.
You usually follow your parents traditions because that is what you are brought up learning about.
I am being brought up with Christianity in my life and my parents are Christian so you can see how it works.
I bet that children with Hindu or Muslim parents (just for an example) are brought up learning about the Hindu or Muslim religions and beliefs because of their parents.

So it basically comes down to it's how we do things differently in different ways.

See you soon

Hello room18, we are a prep to year 12 school in Australia. All the students from grades 4-10 have started individual blogs this year, so I am sure some of them would love to keep in contact with you. The student blogs are listed under the appropriate grade levels, on the RHS of my blog at www.murch.globalteacher.org.au
